The staff at the hotel were extremely great and understanding, providing me with great service. the room, though dated, was kept very clean. - Generic toiletries were available in the room along with the key card.

While trying to sleep, there were some flying bugs in the room that were trying to bite us. Not sure how they got in the room.

The room was spacious with a couch, high ceiling, and fresh sheets. the hotel's location was very central, close to Ocean Drive bars and restaurants. - Conveniently close to the beach and all services/restaurants. - A cool bonus was the nearby News Cafe, offering tea and coffee.

I've got some problems at the check in with my credit card. It was not hotel's fault but they didn't do anything to help me in someway.

I was in Miami during a very busy time of the year and I found this hotel for a great value! The hotel is much better than what I thought based on what I had read on the reviews. The staff is super friendly and rooms are chic and clean. The location is great, only 2 mins from the beach.

I greatly enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel and stayed for 6 nights here. the room was compact and modern. - the property had a very central location in the Art Deco district. - I was surprised by nearby Mango's Tropical Cafe; they had some good food and drinks.

Great hotel, great bar and music! Wwe stayed in a room with two double beds. The room is a good size double or for a triple occupancy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar manager is so cool!! I will definitely come back to stay here.

I wish they had a swimming pool, but I guess the beautiful ocean is only a 2 min walk.

The design of the rooms was not use friendly(no drawers to put clothing in, no mirror outside the bathroom, no shelves in the bathroom, huge wooden bedframe extending 6 inches around the bed-we all have bruised shins, an airconditioner that blows you out of the room, internet only in the lobby, no coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the hotel restaurant until after 10am) This was an experience we will all remember not to repeat.
